Paul Schmidt is a full-time professional voice actor and the founder of VO Pro, an online business education community built specifically for voice actors who are serious about growing their careers without selling their soul.

Paul created Strategy To Stratosphere after teaching the same process and many of the same exercises to large corporations, including companies on the Fortune 500 list. He's adapted the applicable exercises and integrated additional strategic frameworks that are especially helpful for creative freelancers, most notably voice actors.

After building his own thriving VO business through direct marketing (no agents, no middlemen, no waiting to be discovered), Paul turned his focus to teaching other voice actors and creative pros how to do the same. He’s known for his blunt-but-kind approach, zero-fluff business strategy, and deep respect for the creative and professional challenges voice actors face.

Paul created The VO Freedom Master Plan as a step-by-step system to help voice actors finally understand how to run a business, book work consistently, and attract high-quality clients without relying on casting sites or burning out on social media.

He lives in Virginia, works from his home studio, and runs two businesses: one as a sought-after voiceover talent for corporate and commercial clients, and one as an educator helping other voice actors turn their passion into a sustainable business.
